We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist immediately or by arrangement! Are you interested in contributing to a rapidly growing company with a young team? Then you are in the right place!

Your main tasks

In this exciting role, you will take on the following tasks and responsibilities:

Purchasing

• You ensure that all orders with our suppliers are processed correctly
• You handle correspondence with our suppliers (email / phone, in DE/EN)
• You monitor the delivery dates of goods shipments
• You take action in case of incorrect or missing deliveries
• You maintain close contact with our logistics to coordinate deliveries
• You identify root causes of problems and develop optimization measures
• You validate the invoices from our suppliers and maintain close contact with our accounting department
• You support your team leader and ensure the operational running of the department during their absence

Your profile

• You have initial experience in a commercial field
• Since you are the interface to our logistics, experience in logistics is an advantage
• You like to work in a detail-oriented manner
• You feel comfortable in a small, collegial team with a lot of freedom and can work independently
• You have great perseverance and keep an overview even on hectic days
• You are interested in continuously learning new things
• Very good oral and written expression in DE + good oral and written expression in EN
• You are proficient in MS Office programs
