PROJECT MANAGER LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE (80-100%)

Studio Leaf AG is a dynamic, young landscape architecture office based in Zollikon on Lake Zurich. We design and realize private gardens, terraces, and restaurants with a strong focus on design, environmental awareness, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Our projects combine aesthetics with ecological responsibility and create livable open spaces that promote well-being and strengthen the relationship between people and nature.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and assertive personality as:

YOUR TASKS

• Independent management and control of projects in all service phases (SIA 31-53)
• Responsibility for customer orders in communication, cost security, schedule reliability, consulting and support, offer preparation, and service descriptions
• Resource planning and coordination of projects and respective project teams
• Support in the implementation of demanding garden and landscape construction projects
• Collaboration with clients, authorities, companies, and interdisciplinary teams

PREFERRED PROFILE

• Completed studies in landscape architecture, horticultural engineering, or equivalent education
• At least 5 years of professional experience in planning and project management
• Solid plant knowledge, construction technical knowledge, and a sense for design and materialization
• Confident handling of Vectorworks, M365, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop desirable
• Very good German and English skills
• Teamwork skills, organizational talent, and high communication competence as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
