for the Supported Living service, Aarau location
Your Tasks
- You will take over the coordination of Supported Living as well as needs assessment, setting up support, location meetings, and conflict resolution
- You advise the clients of Supported Living on social, legal, and financial matters
- Collaboration with support persons, relatives, legal guardians, therapists, doctors, etc.
- On the "Path to Self-Organization" you take responsibility for the public relations of Supported Living and the training of support persons and social workers
You Bring
- Degree from a higher technical school / university of applied sciences for social work
- Experience working with people with cognitive and/or psychological impairments
- An attitude that enables the greatest possible self-determination and personal responsibility
- The ability to work independently in a decentralized team
