The Blue Cross Bern-Solothurn-Freiburg is a specialist organization for addiction issues with the areas of work prevention + health promotion, counseling + therapy as well as integration + companies. Around 90 employees and about 260 volunteers at 13 locations implement the diverse offers, which are co-financed by service contracts from the cantons as well as donations and contributions from institutions and private individuals.
The networking with the Swiss and International Blue Cross supports innovation and quality assurance. The Blue Cross is politically and denominationally independent.

Specialist / Specialist in Transport
Workload 50% - 60%
Area of activity:
- Operational management and coordination of transport in the field service
- Technical and personnel management of the team in the field service
- Daily planning and ensuring efficient and timely execution of orders (clearances, moving orders, deliveries, pickups, disposals)
- Preparation of offers, conducting on-site inspections and maintaining customer relationships
- Management and maintenance of the vehicle fleet, equipment and materials
- Administrative tasks in the field service (recording working hours, invoicing, recycling) as well as interface to administration in the internal service
- Area responsibility for the goods receipt and dispatch of large goods as well as co-responsibility for online sales
- Guiding, accompanying and promoting clients within the framework of integration and employment offers
Requirements profile:
- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ or in a related professional field as well as a category B driving license
- Competence in respectful and resource-oriented handling of people with addiction disorders or other psychosocial burdens
- Experience in supporting people in the secondary labor market is an advantage
- Independent, reliable and team-oriented working style as well as good PC user skills
- Manual skills and/or experience in transport or moving services
- Strong desire to shape and high initiative
- Very good planning and organizational skills, even under time pressure
- You deal reflectively with your own communication and adapt it appropriately to the situation
