Co-Principal Secondary School Winterthur-City
The Secondary School Winterthur-City includes the two school locations "Heiligberg" and "St. Georgen". Our school model is based on the principle of the three-part secondary school, where the students are divided into departments A, B, and C. We are looking for a leadership duo that leads the school as a complementary leadership team with a strength-oriented approach. In this versatile role as Co-Principal, you will take over the management of the Secondary School Winterthur-City from August 1, 2026, or by agreement.Your Tasks
- Development of a sustainable school with a focus on pedagogy and innovation
- Operational management of the school unit in organizational, administrative, and financial areas (school budget)
- Personnel and pedagogical leadership of the staff
- Promoting and securing school and quality development for a future-oriented school
- Representing the school internally and externally
- Collaboration with the school board, the education management, and the school principals in Winterthur
Your Profile
- Proven leadership and professional experience in the educational environment, preferably with school leadership experience
- Started or completed school leadership training
- Teaching experience as a teacher at the secondary level
- Solution-oriented attitude and composure in dealing with challenging situations
- A flair for organizational and administrative tasks
- Communicative, appreciative with a participative leadership approach
