People & Culture Business Partner (Member of Management) (m/f/d) 100%

Your mission:

As a People & Culture Business Partner with a focus on Learning & Development, you work operationally and conceptually with passion. As a discussion partner, you offer added value in consulting to the line. Ultimately, you independently, purposefully, and efficiently lead L&D projects.

Your contribution:

• Sparring partner for the assigned support areas (approx. 150 employees)
• Responsibility for all HR core processes in the assigned support areas
• Co-responsibility for the decisions made in the team regarding the design of the HR function and our fundamental collaboration
• Contact person, advisor, and coach for supervisors in their leadership role, as well as for employees in various matters
• Ensuring consistent equality of employees (salary, further training, promotion or change of function)
• Fundamental improvement suggestions to introduce, discuss, and implement

Your skills and talents:

• Education/training in HR, psychology, or pedagogy
• Proven experience as a Business Partner and involvement in L&D projects
• Fluent in German and French, advanced English
• Interest in technologies, new media, and efficiency-enhancing solutions
• Enjoy regular interaction, contact, and exchange with the line
• «Flow» in conceptual work and implementation of projects and changes
• Willingness to support different locations, business areas, and people
