ICT Specialist 50 - 80 %
This is your job:
- Responsibility for the operation (outsourcing) and further development of ICT
- Responsibility for ICT security
- Central contact and coordination point between administration, external ICT service providers, and authorities
- Organizational further development of the ICT area
- Initiation, management of, and participation in ICT projects
- Processing of employee entries and exits
- Ensuring as well as professional and overall responsibility for 1st and 2nd level support, in cooperation with the support organizations of external ICT service providers
- Evaluation, procurement, and introduction of hardware and software
This is what you bring:
- Degree in the ICT field (ICT specialist with federal certificate and further training, certified computer scientist, business informatics specialist, or comparable education)
- Several years of professional experience in the ICT field, preferably in public administration
- Preferably knowledge in the areas of network, project management, and ICT security
- Project management certification is an advantage
- High quality and sense of responsibility, initiative and communication skills, team-oriented and networked thinking and acting
- Enjoyment in support and service delivery
