To strengthen our team, we are looking for a foreman for pitched roofs with a very independent and precise working style, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your main tasks:

• You are responsible for independently clarifying needs and executing orders in consultation with the project manager and the client
• On-site, you lead the construction site and coordinate the timber construction and roofing work, including facades for renovations and new buildings
• You create situational construction recordings with detailed solutions and sketches
• You carry out roof renovations with thermal insulation on roofs and exterior walls
• You handle the interior construction of attics with Fermacell/wood panels and paneling
• You cover roofs with tiles, profile sheets, sandwich panels, natural slate, and fiber cement coverings of all kinds
• You install Velux roof windows and clad facades with various materials

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a roofer EFZ or carpenter EFZ
• You can demonstrate experience in a comparable position
• You are familiar with the common SIA standards and their implementation
• You recognize phase-appropriate planning steps and are independent in implementation
• You recognize interfaces to other trades
• You are strong in communication and have a pronounced team spirit
• You have good German language skills and possess a category B driver's license
