Your Area of Responsibility

Leading the Revisions & Conversions team in the rolling stock & traction area of the Polywerkstatt Brig. Participation in the management team of the Polywerkstatt Brig department
Taking the lead for the professional and timely handling of revision work, conversions, and change orders on thermal and electric powered and trailer vehicles
Ensuring quality and economical processing of orders combined with continuous optimization of processes
Responsible for the organization and processing of wheelset machining on the underfloor lathe
Promoting teamwork and further development of employees

Your Profile

Completed vocational training in the technical field with solid work experience as well as leadership experience
Knowledge in the railway sector or vehicle maintenance is an advantage
High expertise in mechanics, pneumatics, metalworking, and electrical engineering
Team player with commitment, persuasiveness, motivation skills, and flexibility
Strong implementation skills through role model function and assertiveness
