Job Description
Participation in high-stakes hybrid infrastructure projects (SMEs and large companies)
Technical consulting, design, and deployment of robust, scalable, and secure architectures
Technical supervision and skills transfer to internal teams
Administration and optimization of Microsoft Azure environments (IaaS/PaaS, Intune, MFA, monitoring, AD Connect)
Management of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, M365 security
Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Infrastructure as Code – Terraform or equivalent)
Management of virtualization platforms: VMware vSphere and Hyper-V (clusters, high availability, backup)
Management and integration of hybrid environments (Cloud / On-Prem), including complex migrations
Administration of SAN/NAS storage (NetApp, Synology) and Active Directory integration
Implementation and management of disaster recovery and business continuity plans (DRP/BCP) with Veeam, including regular testing
Design, deployment, and maintenance of LAN/WAN network architectures
Configuration and administration of switches, routers, and firewalls (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet or equivalent)
Mastery of routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching (STP, VTP, QoS)
Implementation and supervision of network security solutions: firewalls, proxies, IDS/IPS
Administration of VPNs (site-to-site, remote access, SSL/IPSec)
Supervision and monitoring of network infrastructures (SNMP, NetFlow, PRTG, Zabbix or equivalent)
Performance management and advanced troubleshooting (Wireshark, packet capture and analysis)
Administration and securing of enterprise Wi-Fi environments (controllers, access points, WPA2/WPA3 Enterprise)
Close collaboration with Darest’s network and security experts
Qualifications
Proven technical leadership
Autonomy, rigor, and customer service orientation
Excellent documentation skills and adherence to ITIL processes
Strategic vision and ability to simplify technical concepts
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team (systems, networks, security, development)
Good command of technical English (spoken and written)
