Personnel Planner Paper Processing with Focus on Training and Further Education 100% (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Deployment planning & coordination: You plan personnel deployment according to machine occupancy and based on employee qualifications. You coordinate vacation planning in consultation with shift management.
- Training & further education: You are responsible for the training and further education processes in paper processing – from organizing and conducting training sessions, development discussions to creating onboarding plans. In addition, you actively shape the continuous development of employees in these processes.
- System maintenance & administration: You manage the instruction software (UWeb), maintain and monitor the qualification matrix and the departmental organizational chart. You ensure that return interviews are conducted and documented.
Profile
- Education & experience: You have a commercial or technical basic education with experience in personnel deployment planning – ideally in an industrial environment.
- IT affinity: You are confident in handling personnel deployment tools, time management systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong personality: You convince with an independent, resilient, and team-oriented working style as well as pronounced social skills and a quick grasp.
- Language: With your excellent German skills in spoken and written form, you communicate clearly, precisely, and proactively – whether in direct exchange, in conversations with employees or managers, or in written documents.
