You will support the entire mortgage activity process for our private clients: advice, credit analysis, contract management, expanding the client relationship – everything has its place!

- You make decisions within your competence regarding financing requests (property valuations, financial capacity, etc.) for owner-occupied properties.
- You are the contact person for our various distribution channels.
- You advise clients and colleagues from our bank branches and insurance (external service) on all matters related to mortgage operations.
- You also handle administrative tasks in our area and actively contribute to the smooth running of mortgage business.
- You are responsible for your credit portfolio and are part of a team of specialists.
- You actively collaborate on projects within our department.
Your team
You are never alone: you are part of our credit advisory center with locations in Solothurn, Basel, and Lausanne – together, we cover all of Switzerland!
You work in a multilingual environment, as we support our mortgage clients in German, French, and Italian – what are your languages?

Specifically, you meet the following profile:
- You have completed basic commercial training (or equivalent training) in a bank or insurance company and have several years of experience in the credit field of a Swiss bank or insurance company. Ideally, you already have additional training
- You master French and/or Italian at a native language level.
- A good knowledge of German will help you in our multilingual environment.
- You have an outgoing and empathetic nature.
- You enjoy interacting with your clients and our distributors
- You have a sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and pay attention to the quality of your work.
- You think in networks, are curious, see connections, and build bridges. We work together on our future throughout Switzerland.
- An SAQ certification (Individual Client Advisor Profile) will make it easier for you to get started
