WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE
- Project Support: You methodically and technically accompany the implementation projects.
- Requirements Gathering: Together with the customer, you gather the requirements and create solution concepts.
- Configuration: You configure and adapt Dynamics 365 Field Service based on the solution concepts.
- Extensions and Developments: You implement necessary extensions or developments based on the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Project Management: You take on responsibility up to (partial) project management.
- Presales Support: To promote our sales and business development, you support acquisition and presales activities. At the customer, you actively work on building a network and are able to generate leads.
HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED
- Education: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Dynamics Experience: At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Technology Knowledge: Experience with technologies such as .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Additional Knowledge: Optional experience with technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, T-SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services
- Certificates: You have successfully completed a certification as a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C), PMP, or Hermes Advanced, or you are willing to complete it.
- Personality: Enthusiasm for innovative solutions, convincing appearance, and teamwork as well as pronounced conceptual and analytical thinking and acting
- Customer Orientation: High customer and result orientation as well as project-related willingness to travel
- Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills
