As a sales employee, you are in direct contact with our end customers from the construction, craft, and industrial sectors and thus represent the business card of our renowned company. Hilti stands not only for first-class products; we also offer our customers a correspondingly high level of service. For every customer concern in the Hilti Store, you manage to sense the customers' needs and prove to be a competent contact person by providing comprehensive advice on our innovative product and service range. With your enthusiastic, open, and solution-oriented manner, you significantly contribute to building sustainable customer relationships and further advancing the development of our customer base. Due to your entrepreneurial affinity, you are also able to proactively approach our customers to fully exploit their potential. Furthermore, you are responsible for efficient and smooth inventory management as well as optimal store design.What you bring:
- Completed vocational training in the construction industry
- Several years of experience in the construction or craft industry and ideally in sales
- Strong consulting skills as well as pronounced communication and presentation abilities are required
- High level of self-motivation and positivity, result orientation, good self- and time management
- Entrepreneurially thinking, independent, proactive, and ambitious personality
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent German skills and Italian skills are an advantage
