About the job
In our beautiful daycare center in Horw, we are looking for a motivated, trained childcare specialist as a co-educator to complement our team starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.Our rooms are flooded with light, nature-oriented, and designed with great care. They leave plenty of space open so that the children can fully engage with play and nature and develop optimally.
Your tasks:
- Supporting the group leader in caring for and looking after the children
- Nature-based educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
- Implementation of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children
- Implementation of weekly plans and projects
- Active participation in team meetings
What you ideally bring:
- A completed training as FABE Child, educator, or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland
- Team player
- Flexible and innovative personality
- Initiative, creativity, and flexibility
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- English skills are an advantage
