Property Manager (m/f/d)

• You support the commercial and technical management of a diverse property portfolio and ensure smooth processes behind the scenes.
• You actively accompany the re-letting process – from coordinating and conducting viewings to communicating with interested parties.
• You prepare tenancy agreements, annexes, and addenda for apartments and ancillary objects and ensure proper contract documentation.
• You organise and accompany apartment and property inspections and handovers, sometimes independently.
• You prepare tenant final accounts and assist with other administrative tasks related to tenancy agreements.
• You support debtor and creditor management while keeping track of outstanding matters.
• You are an important contact person for tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities, and caretakers – both in writing and verbally.
• You take on various administrative tasks and relieve the property managers in day-to-day business.
• You actively contribute, think along, and pitch in when it comes to making processes efficient and customer-oriented.

• Successful completion as a property manager with a Swiss federal diploma
• Several years of experience in managing residential properties
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Good IT application knowledge (MS Office programmes, GREM, etc.)
• Charismatic appearance and strong social skills
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle are required
