Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company offering private care services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Zug, Schwyz, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as placing specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

For our client, we are looking for a responsible and empathetic team leader activation 50% to start immediately or by arrangement.

• Professional and personnel leadership of the activation team
• Planning, organizing, and conducting varied activities, excursions, and events
• Further development and design of a versatile activation offering
• Assuming administrative tasks in the area of activation
• Budget responsibility for the activation and volunteer work area
• Building, supervising, and coordinating volunteer staff
• Documentation in Lobos Care Manager (anamnesis, biography, observations)
• Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration as well as cooperation with external partners
• Willingness to participate in events in the evening or on weekends
• Continuous professional development and exchange with internal and external stakeholders

• Completed training as a Activation Specialist (LeA School), Care Specialist (FaBe) or training/continuing education in Volunteer Management
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with elderly or aged people
• High sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as great commitment
• Strong professional, social, and self-competencies
• Good knowledge of common Office programs
• Team-oriented, independent, and flexible working style
• Good German or Swiss German skills
