We are looking for reinforcement for our stylish seminar hotel Bocken in Horgen.
You will do this
- Active participation in the kitchen and ensuring a smooth production process
- Flexible deployment in all stations of the cold and hot kitchen during all service times
- Preparation work (mise en place) and support with inventory as well as kitchen organization
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP and ISO guidelines
- Taking over general cleaning and tidying tasks in the kitchen area
You bring this with you
- Completed training as a cook as well as several years of experience in a comparable position
- Passion for the profession as well as motivation and commitment
- Open, proactive personality with high reliability and sense of responsibility
- Independent, organized and clean way of working as well as flexibility and enthusiasm
- Very good knowledge of German; English skills are an advantage

Our stylish and extraordinary seminar and event hotel in Horgen on Lake Zurich has a unique ambiance spread over four buildings. It has over 40 hotel rooms and 19 seminar rooms as well as an event hall for 200 people, 2 restaurants and other indoor and outdoor options. The hotel, owned by a Swiss major bank, is located in a large park, embedded with unique artworks, in nature yet close to the city.

You work in a seven-day operation, depending on the duty roster.
