Spitex Bodensee is a medium-sized, lively Spitex company located in Goldach. We care for the residents of six municipalities in the region in two shifts. To complement our team, we are looking for
Certified Nursing Specialist HF as Education Coordinator (m/f/d) 60-80%
As a nursing specialist, you take over case management for the clients and are also responsible for professional, continuous, and coordinated care and support. You plan and manage the entire care process and conduct initial assessments and reassessments with the RAI HC instrument for the clients to register the care needs with the health insurance companies.
Your perspective in the additional role
- Support and training of nursing students HF in practice within the training network
- Participation in the training of apprentices in the Health Specialist EFZ program
- Designing creative and dynamic learning environments, LTT, and learning afternoons
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the learning process
- Conducting site discussions
- Creating internship qualifications
- Active shaping of your work environment, as we always want to continue developing to ensure high quality in basic nursing education
- Collaboration with the professional trainers
What you bring
- Training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH and at least SVEB 3-4
- Experience as an education coordinator and in Spitex is an advantage
- Deep professional competence, resilience, and flexibility
- Responsible and communicative personality and enjoyment of teamwork and exchange with our partners
- Good IT user skills (industry software, Microsoft Office in general)
