If you can answer all this with "Yes" and look forward every day to pedagogically accompany children, then you are right with us as a Group Leader for our Kloten location.

As a group leader, you report to the operations management and are responsible for group and team leadership. You accompany and support the children and are the contact person for them and their parents. In addition to your administrative tasks, you develop interesting topics and activities for and with the children and organize exciting excursions. You are also responsible for the training of apprentices and interns in your group.

What you bring: 

• A big heart for children and ideally already experience as a group leader 
• A qualification as a childcare specialist (EFZ) or early childhood educator or an equivalent qualification (attach SBFI recognition) 
• Leadership skills and good communication abilities 
• Warmth, sense of responsibility, assertiveness
