The D4 Business Village, managed by Suva, is an attractive location with a comprehensive range of services for its tenants. Are you ready to drive the further development of the D4 Business Village? Then you are in the right place with us.
What you achieve
- You lead and develop the 11-member centre management team and coordinate collaboration within the D4 leadership team.
- You are responsible for marketing the D4 Business Village with external partners and attract new tenants from the region and beyond.
- You represent the D4 Business Village to relevant stakeholders such as companies, authorities, and associations.
- Together with internal and external partners, you strategically develop the D4 Business Village further and strengthen its appeal as an innovation location.
- You ensure the achievement of economic goals and are responsible for budget, reporting, and tenant satisfaction.
- You are present on site with the team at the D4 Business Village; home office options are not available.
What you bring
- You have a higher business administration education and several years of experience in the real estate, marketing, or service industry.
- You bring sound knowledge of the commercial and office market as well as ideally centre management.
- You have several years of leadership experience and understand how to successfully develop and motivate teams. In addition, you bring strong communication skills.
- You think entrepreneurially, are well connected, act proactively, and advance topics with conviction and implementation strength.
