The Nursing Directorate embodies the authority in nursing matters. Its mission is to guarantee the quality and safety of care within the institution. As such, the Nursing Directorate oversees all nursing activities (nurses and various health professional bodies). To successfully carry out its mission, it relies on three areas of expertise: clinical expertise and professional practices, management and transformation, as well as quality, sustainability, and digital innovation.
Job Description
As part of the development of innovation and continuous improvement projects within the Nursing Directorate, an academic internship is offered to support the analysis and enhancement of clinical and organizational data.
You contribute to exploring opportunities for integrating decision support tools and methodologies derived from artificial intelligence, supporting clinical teams and ongoing institutional projects.
You participate in identifying clinical or organizational issues that could benefit from in-depth data analysis.
You contribute to structuring and exploratory analysis of data from hospital information systems, supporting the relevant teams.
You take part in ongoing projects to improve clinical or organizational processes within the department.
You participate in literature reviews on the applications of artificial intelligence in the hospital environment.
You join the reflection on ethical, regulatory, and organizational issues related to digital innovation.
You contribute to drafting summary documents and preparing presentations intended for teams and management.
The internship takes place in a hospital clinical environment and is conducted in collaboration with medical, nursing, and administrative teams. It is an exploratory and support position, allowing the identification of innovation avenues adapted to the institutional context.
Qualifications
You have completed initial training in health (nursing, physiotherapy, dietetics, occupational therapy, midwifery, etc.)
You must complete an internship as part of a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence applied to health or an equivalent program and possess an internship agreement.
