Certified Geriatric Nurse with Deputy Function

80 - 100% workload

Your tasks

• Professional, individual care and support of residents during day and late shifts
• Supervision of students and trainees
• Implementation and further development of our quality management system according to ISO 9001 and RAI
• Support of smooth shift operations and cross-departmental collaboration
• Support of the residential area management in organisational and leadership tasks

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
• High respect for elderly, mentally ill and demented people
• Quality and cost awareness
• Flexibility, openness to a modern nursing philosophy
• Very good German language skills
• Experience in long-term care
