Your tasks:
- Developing and presenting digital 3D models and planning bases under guidance and considering the framework conditions, concepts, preliminary project plans, documentation, and calculations
- Planning responsibility with coordination of specialist planners
- Development of design plans, preliminary projects, construction projects, and building applications
- Development of provisional execution and detail plans as a basis for tenders
- Development of working plans, detail plans, revision plans, etc., as well as assistance in the preparation of AVOR plans
- Support of architects, development, and project managers in the planning bases -
Your profile:
- Basic training as an architectural draftsperson or building draftsperson
- Experience in leading planning teams
- Experience in execution & detail planning
- High planner understanding
- Goal-oriented, precise, and solution-focused working style
- Quick comprehension
