Your tasks
- Participation in the further development of care and support standards and work organization
- Staff deployment planning, leading employees to work independently
- Compliance with binding standards and implementation of expert standards
- Proper and professional execution of care documentation
- Collaboration in a multiprofessional team of care, support, and therapy
- Maintaining contact with relatives and caregivers of residents and other close persons
Your profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as a geriatric nurse / health and nursing nurse (m/f/d)
- If possible, successfully completed further training as a residential area manager
- You recognize the needs of customers and employees and respond appropriately
- Ability to cooperate with all other professional groups
- Interest and willingness to actively shape process-oriented workflows
- Teamwork, reliability, commitment, flexibility
