Key information about the position:

Reference: CLS/RH/2025.692 / Contract type: Fixed-term and permanent at 100% / Hours: 8:30 and 12-hour shifts / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Why do we need you?

Due to a departure in the team, we are looking for a person to join the team permanently; we are also looking for a second person for temporary reinforcement (fixed-term contract until January 2026).

What will you be doing?

• Participate in welcoming, comfort, installation, and safety of patients within the operating rooms
• Participate in applying hygiene and asepsis rules during pre-, peri-, and postoperative periods
• Collaborate in the conduct of surgical or interventional medical procedures as a circulating assistant
• Handle surgical and radiological devices during surgical procedures
• Participate in restocking, organizing single-use materials, instruments, and operating room equipment, and cleaning

Essentials:

• Have initial experience in an operating room
• Demonstrate versatility in different surgical disciplines
• Be able to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
• Have excellent adaptability and integration skills
• Be rigorous, dynamic, and autonomous

Your assets:

• Hold a certificate as a specialized technical assistant in the operating room (ATSSO)
