- Responsibility for the technical management of all quality-relevant topics in the assigned projects and tasks
- Central contact point for all QM topics in the assigned customer orders and projects - both internally and towards customers and authorities
- Representation of the company at quality acceptances, inspections, and audits, including coordination and accompaniment of these activities
- Development and further development of Quality Management Plans as well as ensuring their ongoing revision and up-to-dateness
- Clarification and evaluation of quality-relevant customer requirements as well as risk analysis during the offer phase and throughout the entire project duration
- Control and release of all quality-assuring documents (QS/Q documents) - both internally and contractually agreed with the customer
- Active support of project management in the preparation and execution of project audits
- Ensuring compliance with processes, requirements, standards, and measures within all supervised products and projects
You bring with you
- Technical education level HF/FH or equivalent, ideally in mechanics, electronics, electrical engineering, or software development
- Advanced training in quality management
- Several years of professional experience in quality management, preferably in development or technically demanding projects
- Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style combined with a pronounced quality awareness
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as solid English skills (at least level B2)
- Communicative and reliable personality who enjoys working in a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland (e.g., for supplier and site visits)
