With two coffeehouses in District 1, a bakery in District 3 and in Wipkingen, as well as our production facility in Zurich Binz, we supply our guests daily with freshly baked delicacies, homemade dishes and high-quality coffee. For our light-flooded, loft-style production in Binz, we are looking for a passionate baker / pastry chef to complement our team. If you have a passion for baking and are keen to actively help shape Babu’s, we look forward to getting to know you.

• WORKPLACE: Grubenstrasse 38, 8045 Zurich
• START: Immediately or by arrangement
• WORKING HOURS: Various shifts Monday-Sunday

YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Production of various sweet and savoury baked goods and cakes
• Ensuring consistently high quality
• Compliance with all work, safety, hygiene and environmental standards
• Various tidying and cleaning tasks
• Main activity in the pastry section (daytime working hours from 5 or 6 am)

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a baker / pastry chef EFZ (or a similar qualification)
• A strong commitment and service orientation
• You maintain a careful, clean and efficient working method
• You are a friendly and team-oriented person
• You enjoy handcrafted, high-quality products
• You are flexible and also work at weekends, provided it is not every weekend
