- You also take on key worker duties and work closely with internal and external contact persons.
- You have completed training as a care specialist (specializing in people with disabilities or elderly people) (recognition by the SBFI is required for foreign diplomas).
- Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience and have preferably completed the medical technology course.
- You are a balanced, empathetic personality who patiently and sensitively cares for the needs of the residents and helps them lead as self-determined a life as possible.
- You have social skills, are flexible and resilient, and are used to working independently and responsibly.
- You are characterized by high commitment and very good German skills (at least C1).
- Your good IT skills make administrative tasks easier for you.
