In the region of the City of Bern and surroundings, we are looking for reinforcement as
Deployment Coach Region City of Bern 60-80%
In your role as a deployment coach, you accompany and support our employees in the field service. You ensure quality, good communication, and appreciative collaboration. Your responsibilities also include fixed customer assignments in housekeeping and care as well as clarifications with new and existing customers.
Your tasks:
Accompaniment and support in the field service: You are the contact person for our employees in the City of Bern and surroundings, clarify questions, discuss challenges, and offer support in everyday work.
On-site quality assurance: You regularly accompany assignments, check compliance with our service guidelines, and ensure that our quality standards are upheld.
Clarifications with customers: You independently plan and carry out clarifications with customers.
Own assignments and substitutions: You have your fixed customer assignments in housekeeping and care and regularly support the team with substitutions.
You bring with you:
Experience in the outpatient area of housekeeping or care
Ideally coaching or leadership experience
Empathy, strong communication skills, and organizational talent
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Good PC user skills
A meaningful activity with direct added value for people
Scope for design and personal responsibility
