Your new tasks
- Support of the customer groups Value Adding Partner and Desigo in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, including building and strengthening customer relationships with new and existing customers
- Regular customer visits to ensure close and targeted cooperation to maximize order intake
- Providing solutions for technical customer inquiries for HVAC and Desigo products, including timely and professional offer preparation
- Active follow-up of offers on the market and increasing the success rate through consistent tracking and follow-up of own offers
- Negotiation until successful completion
- Strategic handling of large projects and occasional cooperation with the Comfort branches to optimize the offer processes
- Advising customers on performance features as well as introducing new products and software
Your talents and experience
- Completed training in the field of HVAC, electrical engineering or building automation, e.g. as a heating installer, heating planner, electrician, electrical planner, and other related professions
- Further training in business administration (FH, HF, etc.) is a great advantage
- Several years of sales experience in the building technology environment, preferably in the HVAC or building automation sector
- Very good social skills in building long-term customer relationships as well as high social competence in internal cooperation
- Personality with a customer-oriented attitude, negotiation strength, and a result-oriented working style
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
