Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.
Pictet’s Group Strategy and Projects team is part of the Group’s Corporate Functions and reports to the Group Senior Managing Partner. It acts as an in-house strategy consulting unit whose purpose is to support the firm and its most senior management in setting and achieving its long-term and annual strategic priorities.
Your role
We regularly seek dynamic and self-driven individuals to be part of a well-established and dynamic team having frequent contact with senior management and staff to drive strategic change across our Group.
In this role, you will:
• Lead strategic projects, ensuring completion of expected deliverables with a tangible impact. This involves effective problem structuring, sound project design and planning, rigorous problem-solving, ease of collaboration with stakeholders, an entrepreneurial mindset, as well as diligent execution.
• Perform research and quantitative and qualitative analyses, and prepare recommendations for senior management.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on the above tasks and support them in their organisational and strategic responsibilities.
Your profile
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business or a STEM field.
• Solid professional experience, including at least three years’ experience in a major consulting and strategy firm. In the financial and banking industry is a plus.
• Self-driven and autonomous professional, with great conceptual thinking skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. Outstanding analytical problem-solving skills.
• Client and result orientation, with flexibility.
• Proactive, autonomous, well organised/efficient and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Fluent in English. French proficiency a plus. Other language(s) an asset.
• Must be resident in Switzerland.
