Department:DSDCEntity:Information Technology Service of the Neuchâtel Entity (SIEN)It defines the IT strategy with its partners, studies the needs, proposes overall IT concepts, and provides a range of services for all Neuchâtel public communities.
Activities:You are responsible for managing change requests and projects.On a daily basis, you plan and structure the different phases of actions, notably by drafting mandates, management plans, and integration concepts. You ensure follow-up at each stage, anticipating risks and contingencies.
At the heart of exchanges, you facilitate communication and collaboration among all stakeholders, both internal and external, and guarantee controlled budget management.
Finally, you support projects until their commissioning and ensure a smooth knowledge transfer to the operations and support teams.
Desired profile:Holder of a diploma from a higher education institution (EPFL, University, HEG, HES) in information systems or management, you have at least three years of experience in a similar role.Comfortable in exchanges, you stand out for your interpersonal skills as well as the quality of your communication, both written and oral.
Endowed with good analytical and synthesis skills, you demonstrate a keen sense of organization and know how to manage priorities pragmatically.
Rigor, precision, autonomy, and a sense of confidentiality characterize your way of working.
You are also comfortable with Atlassian publisher tools (Jira, Confluence).
Finally, knowledge of the public sector is an asset.
