Die Zweifel 1898 AG is a wine trading company in the city of Zürich with a wine shop and restaurant in Höngg and the Vinothek Sante in Wiedikon. At the Höngg location, we operate the only pressing plant in the Zurich city area. Thus, we not only have wonderful everyday wines and jewels from our own production from our own vineyards in the surrounding area, but also fine international top wines. In the Länderpark Stans, you will find us at the main entrance of the lower sales level. Here we run both a wine shop with an international range and a bistro with a wine bar. In addition to the selection from our menu, we serve four different seasonal menus daily. All dishes are freshly prepared à la minute with high-quality ingredients from local producers. Die Zweifel 1898 AG is a sister company of Zweifel Weine und Getränke AG and Zweifel Chips & Snacks AG.

- Independent management of the kitchen and ensuring a smooth operation
- Assistance with the purchase of fresh products as well as correct storage and inventory management
- Co-responsible for quality standards in the kitchen
- Cooking and preparing dishes for daily operations
- Assistance with menu planning for lunch service as well as à la Carte
- Co-responsible for cleanliness in the kitchen and assigned storage rooms
- Compliance with HACCP, food law, and food regulations
- Daily and periodic cleaning and dishwashing tasks
- Active and good information exchange with the head chef

- Completed chef apprenticeship EFZ is an advantage
- Initial professional experience as a cook
