Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing

• Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC turning and milling machines.
• Creation and adjustment of CNC programs (with common programming languages such as Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc).
• Execution of dimensional and quality checks on manufactured components.
• Maintenance and care of machines and tooling equipment.
• Optimization of manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Collaboration with the team for continuous improvement and process optimization.

• Completed training as a CNC mechanic, cutting machine operator, or in a similar professional field.
• Experience in CNC machining (turning and milling) and programming of CNC machines.
• Solid knowledge in handling and programming Heidenhain, Siemens, or Fanuc controls.
• Independent and precise working style.
• Teamwork skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
