Activities
As a CNC polymechanic, you work on a 3-axis CNC milling center with iTNC 530 Heidenhain control. You set up the CNC milling center according to the TopSolid clamping plan, are responsible for tool assembly based on the TopSolid tool list, and operate a CNC-controlled Kelch tool setting device. You process our customer orders in compliance with manufacturing and inspection guidelines as well as other quality requirements, perform order-related ERP bookings in the system, and produce drawing-compliant parts. You optimize and commission CAM-generated programs, perform weekly machine maintenance according to operator instructions, and ensure order and cleanliness at the workplace.Requirements
You have a basic education as a polymechanic and/or production mechanic specializing in CNC milling, possess solid CNC knowledge, and are willing to work in a 2-shift operation. You have an exact and precise working style, good communication skills in German (spoken and written), and demonstrate a high degree of independence as well as teamwork skills.
