To strengthen our team in the Women’s Clothing sector, we are looking from 06/01/2026, for an indefinite period, at the Geneva site, for a motivated and committed person as Floor Manager, 100%.

Your responsibilities
- You supervise, train, and lead a team with kindness and rigor.
- You unite your team around clear objectives and foster a collective dynamic by developing talents.
- You organize schedules, manage recruitments, and ensure a positive social climate.
- You implement the necessary actions to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- You guarantee a premium and omnichannel customer experience: welcome, advice, loyalty.
- You analyze performance indicators and adjust your field strategy accordingly.
- You oversee stock management, restocking, and product placements.
- You adapt the in-store offer according to trends, seasons, customer profile, and performance.
- You ensure the attractiveness of merchandising in accordance with brand standards.

Your profile
- You have proven successful experience in retail as a floor manager, ideally in women’s clothing.
- You have ideally completed training in sales (CFC or equivalent).
- You are a hands-on manager: you enjoy growing your teams and taking on challenges. Your confirmed experience as a leader is necessary for this position.
- You have a commercial sense, are customer-oriented, autonomous, and reactive — these are your real strengths.
- You have good product sensitivity and a strong taste for fashion.
- You have very good computer skills and are comfortable with all common Office applications.
- You speak French fluently, preferably know another national language and English.
