Your tasks
- Care of our residents according to the contractual services under SGB XI or SGB V, depending on qualification
- Proper and professional documentation management according to the structural model and care planning or its implementation
- Trustworthy and professional care of our residents following MAKS therapy
- Collaboration with other professional groups
- Ordering and requesting prescriptions, medications, and authorizations
Your profile
- Friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in nursing care would be an advantage
- Completed training as a nursing assistant or nursing aide would be desirable
- You recognize the needs of the residents and respond appropriately
- Ability to cooperate with all other professional groups
- Interest and willingness to actively shape process-oriented workflows
