Mother/Father Advisor at kjz Dietikon 50%Good for life – that is our motto. The Office for Youth and Career Counseling (AJB) is responsible for child and youth welfare as well as career counseling. Children, adolescents, and families are at the center of our work. We dedicate ourselves to them daily with great passion and commitment.
The kjz (Child and Youth Welfare Center) is a polyvalent counseling center for families, parents, adolescents, children, and toddlers and operates based on the Child and Youth Welfare Act of the Canton of Zurich.
We are looking for a Mother/Father Advisor at kjz Dietikon starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
You advise, accompany, and support parents with children aged 0 to 6 years on questions regarding health, nutrition, development, and education. In doing so, you provide security and strengthen parental competencies in dealing with their children. You recognize early signs of abnormalities in physical and psychological development as well as possible risks. The consultations take place in various counseling centers in the Dietikon district. Furthermore, careful administrative recording of client data and interdisciplinary collaboration are part of your responsibilities.
You have training as a certified nurse HF with a focus on KJFF and at least two years of relevant professional experience. Completed training as a Mother and Father Advisor NDS or training as an HFP Early Childhood Advisor is an advantage. If this is not available, you are willing to complete it.
You are an independent, resilient personality with pronounced social skills as well as good organizational and administrative abilities. Openness to different cultures characterizes you as well as networked thinking and acting. In addition, you have good IT skills and a driver's license.
