Senior Lawyer / Attorney Labor and Migration Law 80-100%

For the areas of labor and migration law at the location in Zug, we are looking for a motivated lawyer with solid experience to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Independent support and advice to national and international private individuals, start-ups as well as established companies in all areas of individual and collective labor law
- Representation in labor law proceedings on the employer and employee side
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, bonus and participation models, personnel regulations as well as exit agreements
- Advice and support in national and cross-border restructurings, mass layoffs, reorganizations and business transfers (including private equity, compliance and transaction projects)
- Conducting internal investigations with labor law or HR reference
- Application and support for residence and work permits, international secondments as well as migration law issues
- Support in applying for other permits (e.g. family reunification, non-working persons, students)
- Advice to companies on social security law matters
Your qualifications:
- You have the Swiss lawyer's patent and ideally bring at least three years of professional experience in labor law
- Experience in migration law is an advantage
- An additional qualification as a specialist lawyer SAV labor law, an LL.M. or a dissertation is highly valued
- You communicate confidently in German and English – both orally and in writing
- You are characterized by a quick grasp, high social competence as well as an independent, precise and structured way of working
