As part of the Global Learning & Development team, you serve as the Process Owner for our Performance and Succession Management modules (SAP Success Factors modules – internally called People Solution). In this capacity, your primary focus is to ensure these modules empower HR teams and business partners to drive organizational effectiveness and talent growth. The partial rollout across the globe reflects our commitment to a unified approach to performance and succession, with the remaining entities and countries scheduled for gradual integration in the coming years.
You play a vital part in supporting essential HR procedures such as Goal Setting, Performance Management, Talent Development, and Succession Planning. You work closely with local/global HR and HR-IT teams to promote consistent usage and compliance, foster our organizational culture, and facilitate communication among HR leadership and business stakeholders. By prioritizing smooth operations, governance, and user experience, you help optimize the business value of Performance & Succession Management while ensuring HR partners are equipped to support ongoing transformation.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Champion alignment of the module with key organizational objectives, focusing on HR-driven initiatives such as Goal Setting, Performance Management, Talent Development, and Succession Planning.
- Utilize robust reporting and analytics, and serve as a liaison among CoE leadership, business stakeholders, and HR IT teams to ensure that Performance and Succession Management modules priorities are effectively addressed.
- Together with the L&D team, proactively identify trends and emerging needs, translating them into actionable approaches that reinforce a culture of high performance and continuous growth.
- Manage conceptual permission governance to guarantee appropriate access and compliance.
What do we expect from you?
- Educated to degree level
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors at Subject Matter Expert level
Ensure tool usage is governed by a process description, manual, guideline, or policy - Provide first-level support for inquiries and problem tickets.
- Manage the HR community network for Performance and Succession Management modules (internally called - People Dialogue) across the E+H Group.
- Evaluate and manage business-driven ideas to enhance system value (“demands”), collaborating with IT application Owners for implementation.
- Support entities seeking to implement processes backed by People Solution Modules, in partnership with Business & IT application Owners.
- Collect feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement to boost efficiency and enhance user experience.
