- As a vocational trainer, leading and supporting around 20 apprentices of all training professions in the directorate and as a vocational and practical trainer for the commercial apprentices in public administration
- Responsible for the conception, organization, planning, financing, and controlling of vocational training in the directorate
- Central contact point for internal and external contacts / representation of the directorate towards authorities
- Representation of the directorate in the municipal vocational training conference
Profile
- Completed initial training and several years of professional experience
- Qualification as a vocational trainer according to the federal vocational training ordinance
- Strong social skills and flair for apprentices
- Several years of HR knowledge are an advantage
- High IT affinity (especially SAP, E3, Teams, etc.)
