You take on a central role at the interface between business and IT and are responsible for both the operational and conceptual expansion of our SAP landscape.
Business Analysis & Subproject Management (approx. 40% workload)
- Conducting needs analyses, structuring requirements, and translating them into IT solutions
- Independent assumption of subproject management in SAP projects (S/4HANA, Utilities, Logistics, Finance)
- Managing external service providers within the scope of changes, releases, and projects
- Ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders, including prioritization of requirements
- Contributing to the further development of our SAP system architecture with regard to upcoming innovation projects in S/4HANA (FI, CO, MM, SD, IS-U, CS, H4S4, PS, PM, CE, Embedded Analytics, SAC, Fiori, Authorizations, BTP, Integration Cell, FSM, xECM (OpenText) and more)
Focus areas (approx. 60% workload)
- Ensuring the technical further development of our SAP S/4HANA system landscape in the areas of SAP IS-U, Logistics, and Finance
- Design, implementation, and documentation of new functions, processes, and integrations
- Solution-oriented consulting of departments on an equal footing, including active shaping of process improvements
- Customizing and technical implementation of requirements in the relevant modules
- Analyzing, optimizing, and harmonizing business processes in close cooperation with departments and the SAP team
- Support in application lifecycle management including release planning, testing, and deployment
- Ensuring operational business in collaboration with our external service providers
- Participation in support (2nd and 3rd level) as well as handling interface topics
- Good SAP experience. Knowledge of SAP IS-U, Logistics and/or Finance is an advantage
- Practical experience in customizing and technical implementation of SAP processes
- Strong process-oriented thinking and ability to identify and implement optimization potentials
- Experience as a business analyst or in a comparable function as well as in (sub-)project management
- High communication skills and confident collaboration with departments, IT, and external partners
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
