To strengthen our team, we are looking for a salesperson HVACS 100% starting immediately or by arrangement.
In this versatile position, you are responsible for selling our services and solutions in the HVACS sector. You take care of existing customers, acquire new projects, and competently advise customers on technical solutions. With your sales talent, your understanding of building technology, and ideally an existing network in the industry, you actively contribute to the growth of our company and support our projects from inquiry to successful completion.
Your main tasks:
- Care and expansion of an existing customer base in the HVACS area (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary)
- Acquisition of new customers as well as active expansion of market potential
- Consulting customers and partners on technical solutions and services in the field of building technology
- Preparation and calculation of offers in cooperation with technical and project management
- Conducting sales and contract negotiations until successful completion
- Coordination and support of projects in close cooperation with project managers and technical staff
- Market observation and identification of new business opportunities
- Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships as well as active use and further development of an existing industry network
Your profile:
You are an open-minded, communicative, and entrepreneurial personality who enjoys customer contact and technical solutions. In addition, you bring the following qualifications:
- Completed technical or commercial training, ideally in the field of building technology
- Experience in sales or consulting in the HVACS / building technology sector is an advantage
- Existing network in the building technology or HVACS industry is an advantage
- Negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and strong customer orientation
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
- Confident handling of ERP system ABACUS and MS Office
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Teamwork, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking
