Job Description
The Senior PMO supports the Process Governance Board and the broader transformation program by ensuring structured governance, disciplined execution, and transparent reporting across all workstreams.
The role acts as the operational backbone of the program (road map) — maintaining the integrated master plan, enabling high-quality decision-making, strengthening governance structures, and ensuring alignment across business, technology, data, and operating model initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan & Coordinate
- Maintain and continuously update the integrated master program plan across all workstreams
- Manage cross-workstream dependencies and ensure alignment across business, technology, data, and operating model areas
- Embed standardized PMO governance, reporting routines, and delivery cadence
- Ensure the PMO serves as the single source of truth for program status, actions, and decisions
Lead Execution
- Act as operational PMO lead across delivery cycles, steering preparations, and governance forums
- Track progress, milestones, risks, and actions, ensuring timely escalation where needed
- Prepare high-quality executive materials and structured decision documents
- Drive delivery discipline and effective decision support across the program
Drive Improvement
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and bottlenecks in planning, reporting, and workstream inputs
- Strengthen and mature governance structures and PMO processes
- Improve prioritization, transparency, and risk management practices
- Continuously enhance ways of working across business, data, and technology stakeholders
Engage Stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with program leads, workstream leads, and key stakeholders
- Act as a constructive challenger to ensure clarity, quality, and alignment
- Translate complex program information into concise executive narratives
- Provide clear, actionable updates on risks, issues, dependencies, and overall progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent
- Strong PMO and project/program management capabilities with disciplined governance expertise (3 – 5 years experience)
- Proven experience working in large, multi-workstream transformation programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Very strong PowerPoint and executive reporting skills
- Fluent in English
Preferred
- Expereince with IT / ERP transformational programs
