For our construction site in Ligerz and other exciting tunnel construction projects, we are looking for you as our new Foreman 100%.

Your responsibilities

•Ensuring the professional execution of work on site at the construction site
•Ensuring task-related work preparation
•Ensuring the implementation of safety regulations and rules
•Responsibility for reporting: daily and hourly reports
•Planning and coordination of personnel, equipment, and materials according to requirements
•Implementation of specifications regarding quality, deadlines, and environmental protection
•Close cooperation with the responsible construction manager to ensure smooth operations

Why you will succeed

• Successful completion of training as a foreman or several years of practical experience in underground construction
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to successfully motivate employees
• Strong flexibility, a strong team player profile, resilience, and a continuous drive for outstanding performance
• Solid knowledge in the use of IT programs
• Experience in tunnel surveying and handling theodolites
• Possession of a blasting license in categories B or C
• Willingness to work at various locations
• Good German or French skills are required, with spoken Italian skills being an advantage
