• You lead IT and digitization projects, manage them, and ensure that the project goals are achieved
• You develop project orders, check their feasibility and economic viability, and take over the planning, conception, and implementation of the project plans
• You conduct active stakeholder management, coordinate collaboration with the involved parties, and ensure clear project communication
• You support the evaluation and implementation of innovative solutions to optimize and transform hospital processes

• You have several years of experience or corresponding education or training in the field of IT as well as in managing IT projects
• You hold a certification in project management (HERMES, PMI, IPMA Level C/D)
• You work goal- and solution-oriented, are open to different tasks, and motivated to proactively seek solutions
• You are a flexible and team-oriented personality who values transparent communication and enjoys sharing knowledge with others
