The Solothurn Center Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies, and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups as a result of congenital and acquired limitations, illnesses, and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing, and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.
At our location in Biberist, we are looking for dedicated specialists for our Children's Living Environments float pool.
Health Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF/FH, Children's Living Environments Float Pool, 10-100%
What Awaits You
- Performing professional basic and treatment care (depending on training)
- Supporting the design of a meaningful daily life for children, adolescents, and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Professional experience in health and social services and a special flair for working with children, adolescents, and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
- Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Good IT application skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Your Perspective
- You decide the maximum workload you want to work. This way, you can definitely balance work and family and/or leisure time.
- You determine if and when you are available to support in case of illness absences or other staff shortages.
