Your Tasks
- Support of the program management in organizing teaching and internal processes such as semester planning, evaluations, admission procedures
- Participation in administrative processes such as budget management, accounting, fee billing
- Contact point for students, lecturers and guests in everyday university life - Participation in the planning and implementation of events (e.g. exhibitions, roadshows, information days, productions, exhibitions), internal and external projects (admission procedures) as well as performance records
- Organization of festival visits, study trips and excursions
- Supervision of the documentation of the study program
- Collaboration in communication and public relations
- Teaching-related or subject-specific minute taking (e.g. graduation/diplomas)
- Preparation and follow-up of as well as participation in meetings, working groups
- Supervision of student assistants
- Coordination, further development and maintenance of spatial, technical and digital infrastructure as well as ordering and management of materials
Your Profile
- Completed university degree (preferably at an art university)
- Ability and willingness to work in a structured and well-organized manner, independently and in a team
- Very good knowledge and routine handling of: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and curiosity to acquire new digital skills
- Fluent in spoken and written: German and English
- Ability to take responsibility for (accompanied) project development, independent work, networked thinking
- Communication and cooperation skills
