The service center "Frontend Services" consists of the areas "IT Service Desk" and "IT Client Management" and, with its 15 employees and 4 interns, forms the basis for professional end-user support and is perceived as the first point of contact as the face of IT.
Your tasks
- Co-responsible for the operation and maintenance of the MS Intune environment
- Provision, installation, and maintenance of OS and end-user software or software packages
- Checking and timely creation and distribution of security patches
- Defining, implementing, and controlling the necessary security settings for client devices
- Creation, maintenance, and further development of the necessary configuration profiles
- Introduction of new technologies and optimization of existing work environments
- Quality control (testing, acceptance of new SW/HW)
- 2nd-level support tasks in the area of IT Client Management
- Maintenance of technical documentation and creation of user manuals
Your profile
• Training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent training
• Solid experience as an IT engineer in IT Client Management (Modern Workplace)
• Very good IT knowledge of MS Intune, Powershell, and packaging
• Good IT knowledge in the areas:
◦ Windows / macOS
◦ Microsoft Entra ID / M365, SharePoint, Teams
◦ Patch management and OS migrations
• Several years of experience in the conception and implementation of Modern Workplace projects
• Team- and service-oriented working style
• High initiative and self-organization
• Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
• ITIL certification is an advantage
• Driving license category B
